Terms of Service

Sociai researches people from public web pages and drafts outreach messages in your voice. Research and drafts are generated by AI and can be wrong or out of date: check every fact and every draft before you use it. Sociai shows a source for each fact so you can.

Sociai never sends messages for you. You decide what to send, to whom, and you are responsible for it.

• You need to be at least [16] years old and give a real email address you control. Disposable addresses aren’t accepted.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Creating accounts to collect extra free credits isn’t allowed; we may block accounts that do.

Don’t use Sociai to harass, stalk, threaten, deceive or spam anyone; to collect sensitive personal information (home addresses, health, finances and the like); to impersonate someone; or to break the law, including anti-spam and data protection laws. We may suspend accounts that do, without refund.

• One credit covers one research run plus up to 3 drafts or revisions for that person. New accounts get 2 free credits.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits don’t expire while your account is open [or: expire after N months]. The monthly plan adds credits each time you’re billed and renews until you cancel; cancel anytime from Account and billing, and it stops at the end of the current period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown on the Pricing page before you pay, in [USD], [including/excluding] taxes.

• A research run that fails is refunded to your balance automatically.
• Unused credits from a purchase can be refunded within [14] days of purchase: email [email protected]. Credits already used aren’t refundable. [Adjust to your policy and any consumer rights that apply where you sell.]
• Deleting your account deletes any unused credits, and they can’t be refunded afterwards.

You keep the rights to what you write and upload, and to the drafts Sociai makes for you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Sociai for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sociai is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We may change these terms; if the change is significant we’ll ask you to agree again. These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
